Steve is a highly experienced executive, specialising in innovation, commerce, and product development. As an inventor, he holds a portfolio of 36 patents covering a broad spectrum of technology and software. In 2009, Steve created the mobile business at eBay, growing it from scratch to $13 billion in 2012. He was named a ‘Top 10 Mobile Commerce Chief’ by Internet Retailer and is a regular invited speaker for events and media. Steve also serves on the board of Rosetta Stone, numerous startups, the PayPal Giving Fund, and advises several venture firms.

Robert is the Head of Magento Analytics at Magento Commerce and the Chairman of Stitch. He was previously co-founder and CEO of RJMetrics, a SaaS business intelligence company with the mission of inspiring and empowering data-driven people. RJMetrics was acquired by Magento Commerce in 2016.

Errol leads Adobe’s commerce program. With over 15 years of eCommerce experience, Errol is responsible for anticipating client and market needs to deliver innovative commerce solutions. Prior to this he was Director of Product Management and Strategy for IBM Commerce where he led portfolio strategy and product management. Thomas has been a Senior Leader at 99 Bikes, Australia’s largest bicycle retailer, for the last three years and has worked in the bicycle retail industry for the last 11 years. While he is fairly new to eCommerce management, Thomas has since become fully immersed in the eCommerce growth of 99 Bikes – a high-touch sales business that focuses on brick and mortar growth and excellent online content for customer sales and research.

Eric is the UX Manager for Omnichannel products at Magento Commerce, including Commerce Order Management. Eric joined Magento in January 2015 and has over 18 years of experience designing and developing world-class products and services at Dell, AOL, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Alexandra is the CEO of Product for Lux Group, where she has direct responsibility for Brands Exclusive, The Home, TheActive and pop. She joined Lux Group in June 2012 as CEO of The Home and pop, and under her leadership, revenue of The Home has grown more than 400 percent. Today, Lux Group’s homewares businesses generate more than $30 million annually. In December 2014, Alexandra was appointed CEO of all product sites within Lux Group, which entailed adding designer fashion outlet Brands Exclusive and premium sports retailer TheActive to her portfolio of sites.
Alexandra started her career at the tender age of 17 as a professional ballet dancer, which she believes has shaped and perfected her leadership skills, and the twirling days taught her the importance of discipline, attention to detail and team work.

Armin is a Digital Services Specialist at Nestle S.A. As head of digital delivery for Nestlé Oceania division, Armin is responsible for the strategic direction, innovation, security and sustainability of 57 branded assets and 8 eCommerce solutions. In his 12 years of project management experience, he has served as the technical point of contact for senior business leaders, serving as an important conduit between the valuable data generated online and its business applications.
Sean is the Director of MindArc, which focuses on eCommerce growth for leading international retailers. Sean has a BA in Design Computing (USYD), a development coding background and has been recently awarded certification in becoming a Magento Solutions Specialist. MindArc was also awarded becoming Magento Silver Partner in 2015 (only 1 of 10 in Australia).

Flowers are in Avi’s blood. As a third generation florist, Avi has worked in the family business since he was 14. Whilst studying Commerce at UNSW, Avi joined the business full-time working in a variety of roles over the last 10 years. Currently in the position of Operations Manager, Avi is rersponsibile for progressing the digital aspects of the business including eCommerce, marketing and HR.

Osric has over 20 year’s sales experience providing technology based solutions that help companies to embrace eCommerce and grow their businesses online. Prior to relocating to Australia from London he worked with brands like Buyitdirect Group, Boden, Ben Sherman, Lovehoney, Next PLC, and others to improve their online performance. Peter has spent the last 3.5 years in the pivotal role of heading up the digital area for The Retail Apparel Group, home to the well-known menswear brands – Tarocash, yd, Johnny Bigg, and Connor and women’s active wear brand – Rockwear. Leading a team of dedicated professionals, he successfully launched all menswear sites for the brands, and are now in the process of re-platforming all sites to Magento 2.

Before Magento, Bhavin played product and technology leadership roles at various companies in SF Bay Area. Most recently, he was at Intuit Inc. leading a product organization within the Intuit Developer Group where his team launched & scaled Intuit’s developer experience and app store.
Howard graduated with a medical degree in the early eighties. Two years in military research ignited a passion for computers that lead to him starting a networking company in 1985. In 1999, he established Syncrony, a digital agency specializing in web development and custom software. He developed Syncrony’s first ecommerce platform in the early 2000’s and retired it ten years later to focus exclusively on the Magento platform. Howard currently specializes in SEO and online marketing.
