    President, eBay Enterprise

    Craig is President of eBay Enterprise. He joined the company in July 2014, bringing more than 30 years of enterprise technology leadership experience. Most recently, he served as Worldwide General Manager of IBM’s Industry Cloud Solutions, where he led acquisitions of more than a dozen companies, greatly expanding the company’s commerce business. Prior to this role, he was General Manager for IBM’s WebSphere business where he drove increases in customer satisfaction, revenue, profit and market share gains. Throughout his career, Craig has built strong, high-performing teams and worked with professionals across Human Resources, Marketing, Procurement, Supply Chain, eCommerce and Government Services to help increase the engagement of employees, consumers, partners and citizens.

    Vice President & CMO, eBay Enterprise

    Mark is Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of eBay Enterprise. Most recently, Mark was Vice CMO, Executive Officer for Global Marketing and Communications at Rakuten Inc. Before that, he ran global marketing, product management and public relations as CMO of Rakuten LinkShare. Mark brings over 25 years of experience in marketing, eCommerce and product management with technology and media companies. This includes global brands such as Scholastic, Walt Disney Co., Learningsmith, MTV/Viacom and NEC.

    Ben Pressley

    Head of Worldwide Sales, Magento

    Ben is Head of Worldwide Sales at Magento where he leads Magento’s go-to-market strategy in scaling out new customer acquisition and adoption. He also is responsible for driving customer success and satisfaction globally.

    Ben brings over a decade of experience leading and managing strategy, business development, channels and sales organizations with established enterprise software companies and startups. Immediately prior to Magento, Ben worked at Novell Inc. in its open-source business unit in various channels and sales leadership roles. Ben holds Master’s degrees in business strategy and technology from Columbia University, the University of California at Berkeley and the University of Utah.

  • Paul Boisvert

    Head of Product Management, Magento

    Paul is Head of Product Management for Magento. He has been working at eBay Inc. since 2011 and joined Magento in 2012. Prior to joining eBay Inc., Paul led Product Management for Yahoo! Small Business inclusive of the eCommerce, hosting, business mail and domains businesses serving over 1 million small businesses.

  • Gordon Henderson

    Gordon Henderson

    Director of Digital & Innovation, AXA

    Prior to this he ran his own management consultancy business for six years, specializing in startups within large corporates. Gordon has previously worked at RSA Insurance as Strategy and Marketing Director and was the UK Managing Director of and Travelbag. In the nineties Gordon started up and in 2001 sold the European business to John Lewis. He went on to create that now turns over more than £1B. He lives in Tunbridge Wells and spends as much time as he can in Ibiza.

  • Vanderlei (Vandy) Santos

    Assistant Vice President & Global Digital Transformation Lead, Nestle

    Vandy has more than 20 year of innovation experience, driving many one-of-a-kind digital transformation programs across a wide range of industries from consumer products to banking. At Nestle, he is responsible for the Digital Transformation Solutions team, which includes the global direct to consumer eCommerce platforms, mobility and digital innovation programs, and the fast worldwide rollout of Magento eCommerce sites. His expertise spans numerous business domains (Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Multichannel eCommerce) and technologies (mobility, business analytics, collaboration, knowledge sharing).

    Vandy is Brazilian, married with two kids and he has a Marketing MBA and graduate degree in Information Technology.

    Jan is the Founder and CEO of StoreGecko, a Product Information Management company for Magento Community and Enterprise Editions. Jan is a serial digital entrepreneur with more than 10 startups to his name. Over the past 25 years, he has specialized in Direct Marketing, CRM and eCommerce, focusing on technical and business leadership. His passions include conceptual application design, business development and everything with a database. Jan has received a number of industry awards including Gartner (CRM Denmark shortlist 2000), Pivotal (EMEA partner 2000) and Siebel (fasted certified partner 2001).

    Ray is a Magento evangalist since day one. After using Magento 0.9.8, it was love at first sight. Since the beginning. he focused on Magento education and has trained over 1000 people world-wide. As CTO of SupportDesk, his focus is training, consultancy and support for Magento. His specialities are (mobile) performance, security, SEO and hosting.

    Jill and her team are responsible for helping clients to plan, measure and optimize performance of their digital marketing activity. The team’s expertise includes communication planning for customer acquisition and retention, creative design and copywriting, and program performance analysis. Their current client engagements include Shop Direct, Ikea, PayPal, the Aurora Group and British Gas. Jill has been with eBay Enterprise for over 6 years, following roles in CRM planning, analysis and agency services with CACI, Digitas, OgilvyOne and Acxiom.

Eric joined eBay Enterprise in January 2015, bringing more than 17 years of experience designing and developing world-class products and services at Dell, AOL, and PricewaterhouseCoopers including several US patents pending. He is currently leading the UX and design strategy for Retail Order Management.

    Prior to becoming Client Services Director for dotmailer and Chairman of the UK DMA Email Marketing Council, Skip worked as Email Partner at OgilvyOne London and Director of European Operations for Axiom Digital. He was listed by Revolution Magazine as one of the 50 most influential people in new media.

    Head of Digital Strategy, Hornby Hobbies Ltd

    Richard is the Head of Digital Strategy for Hornby Hobbies Ltd which includes the iconic brands Hornby, Scalextric, Airfix, Corgi and Humbrol amongst many others. With Online becoming an increasingly important part of the business for Hornby, Richard has led the re-platforming to Magento and overseen the creation of a brand new eCommerce team – selecting and working with a range of partners for hosting, development, payments and marketing. He has worked within the industry for over 12 years and spent the last four of those on Magento projects, bringing a passion for implementing quick and effective changes.

    Allison currently oversees Global Expansion and Strategic Partnerships for the eBay Enterprise Affiliate Network. She is responsible for spearheading global business growth through developing and optimizing partnerships with advertisers, publishers and technology vendors.
    Allison has been with eBay Enterprise for over 9 years in numerous leadership roles to grow the eBay Enterprise Marketing Solutions business. Prior to joining eBay Enterprise, she managed online marketing initiatives for Allison earned a B.A. in Communications with minors in Spanish and Business from Villanova University.

    David is currently the Head of Mobile and Retail Innovation at eBay Enterprise where he focuses on developing next generation solutions for improving interactions between retailers and consumers.
    Over his 20 year career, David has gone from software engineer to marketing strategist to startup entrepreneur and small business CEO to Fortune 200 company executive. David is active in the venture capital, innovation, and marketing scenes in both Silicon Valley and New York.

  • Sophie Gonin

    Strategic Account Manager, Magento Europe

    Sophie has been part of the Magento team since 2012. She started with Magento in Culver City, California, as an Account Manager for the UK, France, and Switzerland. In 2013, Sophie moved to London to take on her current role as Strategic Account Manager for Europe helping drive success for key merchants on the Magento Platform. Prior to Magento, Sophie managed and executed the strategy, implementation, and delivery of traditional and digital marketing campaigns for large brand accounts at various Los Angeles advertising agencies.

  • Evan Gordon

    eCommerce Manager, Royal National Institute of Blind People

    Evan has been working in charity eCommerce for 10 years. In the US he worked for Event Network, a company that outsourced gift shops for zoo’s, aquariums, and history museums. Evan built and managed eCommerce shops for EN partners. In the UK he joined the British Heart Foundation where he was the eCommerce manager for the end-to-end online business. Currently he is with the Royal National Institute of Blind people managing the eCommerce business. He just launched an accessible Magento solution to manage the online shop, helpline order entry, a trade shop and Epos.

  • Leo Ham

    User Experience Designer, Magento

    Leo is the UX Designer responsible for user experience research, user testing and user-centered design for Magento and eBay Enterprise web properties. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Cognitive Science from the University of California, San Diego and a Master’s degree in Human Centered Design and Engineering from the University of Washington.

    Co-Owner, MageTraining

    Deryck is a Magento Certified Solution Specialist (MCSS), trainer and joint owner of MageTraining. His understanding of Magento’s capabilities along with his knowledge of the best complimentary products and services has enabled him to not only successfully train hundreds of eCommerce managers but also to help them realise the choice of options they have on their eCommerce journey. Deryck is a strong advocate of the Magento community and can be found at many events.

  • Charles Heal

    Charles joined eBay Enterprise in 2008, serving as Head of Sales and Business Development. Charles is responsible for helping clients build out business and technology solutions designed to meet their current and future needs. He helps guide both startups and established retail businesses in growing successful international omnichannel businesses. Charles has been heavily involved in leading the Magento integration activities in Europe since 2012. Prior to joining eBay Enterprise, Charles worked at supporting Enterprise clients and led the European Marketplace support team.

    John is a multi-channel marketer with over eighteen years of experience in driving growth for niche businesses. John has been formulating strategy and overseeing all aspects of the RSPB’s mail order and eCommerce operation for the last three years. John recently completed an MBA and his prior experience includes marketing, eCommerce and brand manager for Hawkin’s Bazaar.

  • Simon Hollingsworth

    Head of eCommerce, The Consortium

    Simon joined The Consortium as Head of eCommerce in July 2014. The Consortium is a leading B2B supplier within the Education and Care markets in the UK, selling 40,000 products to 30,000 customers. The Consortium is part of Connect Group PLC, a B2B specialist distributor listed on the London Stock Exchange with £1.8bn annualized revenue.

    Prior to joining the eCommerce team, Simon worked in the Corporate Development team at Connect Group. He led the commercial strategy to support the acquisition of The Consortium in 2012. His background is in strategy consulting where he worked with a wide range of B2B clients, including Connect Group. He helped develop the diversification strategy for Connect Group before joining the business in 2011. Simon has a B.A. in Business and Technology from Trinity College, Dublin.

    Senior User Experience Designer, Magento

    Keith is the Senior User Experience Design Manager for Magento 2 and leads Magento’s User Research program. Keith’s passion is making the complex simple and intuitive, and is always looking for new insights. He has extensive experience in application design and eCommerce with companies like Google, Dell and eBay.

    User Experience Designer, eBay Enterprise

    Yong is a user experience designer for eBay Enterprise’s Retail Order Management (ROM). She is passionate about creating simple and elegant solutions to complex problems. Yong joined eBay Enterprise in January 2015 from Dell, bringing 5 years of solid industry experience in designing complex enterprise software and online applications. She also holds a Master’s degree in information studies from the University of Texas at Austin.

    Founding Principal, Fashion Digital™

    Sandy held the first Fashion Digital™ event in 2012 to build high-end thought leadership around eCommerce strategies and technology solutions for the fashion retail industry. It is currently held in LA, NYC, and now London annually and has attracts up to 800 attendees and 100 speakers at a time.
    Prior to founding Fashion Digital™, Sandy was Co-Founder of alongside fashion celebrity, Olivia Palermo, and was responsible for defining and setting the company’s integrated vision for creating a content and commerce business for Olivia Palermo’s brand. Sandy is a graduate of Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design.

    Vitaliy began his career with Magento in 2007. In 2008, he took the role of technical leader of Magento Expert Consulting Group (ECG) and continued in that role until 2013. As the technical leader of ECG, his primary responsibility was organizing a highly effective team that provides trainings, consulting and development services for partners and clients across the world. Recently, Vitaliy has changed his role and is now one of the leading architects of Magento Product Engineering and his area of responsibility is delivering and implementing advanced solutions for Magento products.

    Anton is a Magento 2 Engineer and the Tech Lead for the Core Technology Team at Magento. He focuses on the Magento 2 library and framework components. He has been involved in multiple enterprise application development projects at Magento and his expertise is in framework and enterprise application design.

    Passionate about online marketing, strategic thinker Marius is translating vision and strategy into concrete actionable plans, tactics and reachable sales targets for Studio Moderna. As the Online Sales Manager, he is growing the online channels both individually as well as part of greater, integrated multi-channel campaigns. Marius is objective-driven, with a clear vision for success, and is responsible for aligning Studio Moderna’s e-business objectives with the overall company strategy.

  • Adrian Pattern

    CFO, Rockar

    Adrian started his automotive retailing career at Ernest & Young. During his time in senior financial and commercial roles within automotive retailing, Adrian became frustrated that the innovations that he saw happening elsewhere were not being adopted within the industry and he joined Simon Dixon in 2012 to change the way that people buy a new car and from here Rockar , the world’s first digital car retailer, was born.

    Rockar operates from a single customer facing platform powered by Magento and has a store in Bluewater Shopping in Kent. Rockar opened the doors on its Retail Week award winning digital store on 7 November and in the first six months the store has had over 100,000 visitors. Independent customer surveys (and sales) are emphasizing that Rockar’s fresh approach takes the traditional car retailing approach to the next stage in its evolution.

  • Kath Pay

    Marketing Director, cloud.IQ

    Kath lives and breathes marketing; she is not only an internationally renowned speaker and trainer but practices her art in the senior management team and as the Marketing Director of eCommerce conversion experts at cloud.IQ. She is recognized as the UK’s leading Email Marketer and heads up training for eConsultancy on Personalization and Email Marketing. Some of the retail brands she has helped are: Bally, Barbour, Paul Smith, Ocado, EE, Marks and Spencer, Schuh, Co-operative Group, Argos, Next, Asda, Jaeger, Expedia, Net-a-Porter, Secret Escapes, George & Dixons.

    Brent is Wagento’s Magento Evangelist and Head Coach. He is responsible for spreading the good news of the Magento brand through all channels and helping clients understand how Magento’s products and services can work in their environment. Brent focuses on finding business solutions to complex problems within the Magento sphere. He is a strong proponent of community and helps promote Magento Community Events worldwide. He founded and leads the Magento Running Team.

    Ted began his career with eBay more than 8 years ago as a member of PayPal’s core architecture team. In May 2012, Ted joined the Magento team to head up Magento Go development. In 2013, he added responsibility for the Magento Merchant Experience team and in May of 2014, he became head of technology for Magento. Prior to joining eBay, Ted’s career emphasized payments and payment processing with companies large and small.

  • Riccio Ruckert

    Digital Platforms Developer, Bibendum PLB Group

    Riccio is the Digital Platforms Developer at Bibendum PLB Group, a leading British wine & spirits wholesale distributor founded 1982. Having an online presence is now a key strategy going forward for Bibendum and Riccio is responsible for delivery of the Magento Enterprise Edition platform, amongst others, for the single largest wine group in the UK. Riccio has more than 10 years of experience in the web development industry including running an online shop in the early years of eCommerce and has been working with the Magento platform since 2011.

  • Ben Schweitzer

    Manager, Usability, THE SHOP, an eBay Enterprise Agency

    Ben is a research manager for the User Research team at eBay Enterprise with a focus on eCommerce and multi-channel shopping experiences. He has helped clients refine and innovate their websites, apps, emails and other customer touch points. Ben also co-founded the first NYC UX Researcher meetup to foster learning and collaboration among researchers from different industries and has taught courses in interaction design and research methods at the University of Baltimore.

  • Mark Selby

    eCommerce Director, Macfarlane Packaging

    Mark is eCommerce Director at Macfarlane Group PLC which is the UK’s largest packaging distribution company. Having worked for the group since 2000, he joined the business as IT Director, moving to head up its eCommerce strategy in 2009. Mark comes from a background in technical solution implementation having led projects for organizations from the aviation, pharma, construction and retail sectors.

  • Sergii Shymko

    Software Engineer, Magento

    Sergii is a computer programmer with more than twelve years of hands-on experience in the development of web-applications and desktop applications for Windows. He has over 5 years of Magento experience and a Master’s degree in computer engineering. Sergii is one of the founding members of the Magento 2 project as well as author and implementer of numerous architectural concepts in Magento 2.

  • Mike Stainthorpe

    eCommerce & Mail Order Manangement, The Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA)

    Mike is currently a key member of the RSPCA’s commercial team and lead in online and direct retailing. The Society has comprehensively relaunched its business in the past 2 years with development of a new Magento ecommerce site, over 1500 new products and opening up of B2B and B2C sales channels. Although well-known and recognized in 95%+ of British households, the RSPCA is a relative newcomer to eCommerce and up to 2013 most of its activity was via third party managed services. An opportunity was identified to develop and distribute a wide range of pet products, harnessing the trust in the brand and expertise in pet products that comes from day to day activity rescuing and rehoming animals.

  • Andrew Stephenson

    Senior Strategic Planner, EMEA Channel Performance, eBay Enterprise

    Andrew has a unique mix of creativity, strategic business thinking and technical understanding. His affinity with customer communications ensures our clients’ Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategies are focused on keeping the consumer at the heart whilst delivering positive bottom line impact for brands.
    After graduating with an MA in Marketing Management, Andrew worked at BSkyB and Experian where he was responsible for CRM strategy optimisation and has spent the last two years with eBay developing omnichannel marketing strategies for clients such as Ralph Lauren, Virgin and Jack Daniels.

    Laurel is a creative leader with 22 years of experience bridging strategy and design, innovation and execution to unlock the potential of the latest technologies for brands such as eBay, Alex & Ani, Aetna, Kraft, Samsung, Delta Airlines, Holiday Inn, Levi Strauss & Co, and Wells Fargo, among others.
    Currently, Laurel leads the creative vision for THE SHOP and oversees commerce design solutions across its roster of 2,100 clients. Laurel is also leading a Design Thinking initiative to ignite customer-driven innovation across the organization.

  • Ryan Thompson

    Head of Small Business, Magento

    In his role as Head of Small Business for Magento, Ryan helps entrepreneurs find the right eCommerce platform and partner solutions they need to grow and compete successfully. Additionally, he runs Magento Connect, Magento’s app store of more than 8,000 extensions, and is a founding member of The Small Business Web, an organization of 200+ companies that build SaaS solutions. Ryan graduated Summa Cum Laude from University of Michigan with Bachelors of Science in Industrial and Operations Engineering and a Masters in Financial Engineering.

    Marise Treseder is an expert in driving go-to-market Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategies founded on data-driven insight. Placing performance optimization at the center of her work, Marise creates solutions that are customer-centric, channel integrated, and built through structurally aligning teams and technology. In 2014, Marise generated 150% YOY growth, amounting to $123m of in-year buyer spend at eBay Marketplaces by developing a rich understanding of the customer base, and has worked with clients such as British Gas, Shop Direct and PayPal.

    Senior Manager Strategic Partnerships, Product Integrations & Biz Ops, eBay Entperise

    Arndt is focused on product and technology with a focus on payments for eBay Enterprise’s Strategic Partnerships team. Arndt joined from, where he ran two product teams focused on growth through product improvements. He worked in several areas, including payment gateway integrations, design changes and optimizing partner profitability. Prior to, Arndt worked in consulting, internet startups and investment banking. He holds an MBA from ESCP in Paris and a BSC in Information Systems from Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster in Germany.

  • Anna Völkl

    Senior Magento Developer, LimeSoda

    Anna is a Senior Magento Developer working at LimeSoda Interactive Marketing GmbH in Vienna, Austria. She has been working with Magento since 2011. Prior to LimeSoda, she had been a software architect and project manager since 2004. Anna is passionate about securing IT systems, raising awareness and implementing mechanisms to improve security. She is an active member of the Magento developer community. Anna has a Bachelor’s degree in IT & Telecommunications and a Master’s degree in Information Management and Information Security.

    Stefan studied computer science at the University of Applied Sciences in Rosenheim, Germany.     Web Development Manager, Paul Smith

    Simon is the Web Development Manager at Paul Smith Limited, the pre-eminent British fashion house founded more than 40 years ago by Sir Paul Smith. eCommerce is now a key route to market for Paul Smith and Simon is responsible for delivery of the Magento Enterprise Edition platform, the single largest shop operated by the company.
