Danny is the Head of Merchant Marketing at Magento and a Magento U instructor. He leads all customer acquisition, engagement and retention activities for Magento with a focus on paid and organic search, Inbound Marketing, conversion optimization and database marketing. With more than 12 years of experience in online marketing, Danny helps merchants increase the effectiveness of their acquisition and conversion marketing for their Magento-powered stores.

Chris Wells is the CEO of Nexcess, which he founded, in 2000 (yes, in a garage) to make web hosting easy for everyone. He has been involved with Magento since its inception and he and Nexcess continue to focus on pushing the Magento performance envelope. David is a Scotsman that joined the Sitewards Magento Team in Germany in 2011, were he took responsibility for the release, maintenance and English language support for Sitewards’ publicly available Magento extensions. He has worked hard on integrating a better search solution in Magento by using Apache Solr and as a very active member of the Magento community, sharing his knowledge is one of his passions.
Roger is the owner of Screen Pages, one of the leading Magento Gold partners in the UK. He is responsible for account strategy and direction, helping clients such as the RSPB, the British Heart Foundation, Micro-Scooters, Loake and Atterley Road increase online sales. Roger has more than 30 years of experience in technology services, a degree in Modern Languages from Trinity College, Cambridge, and a published novel “City of Liars.”
Paul is the founder of Folk Digital, a collaborative digital agency dedicated to crafting high quality digital flagship stores for discerning fashion and lifestyle brands. Folk Digital’s partnership with Magento allows them to create an engaging eCommerce experience with a difference. Daniel is an independent developer and software architect from the Netherlands that loves e-commerce. Being obsessed with performance, he spends most of his days pushing Magento to its limits and making webshops fly. He is also an active contributor to a variety of open-source projects.

Previously he was well regarded as a freelance consultant and software architect. Tobias has participated and spoken at conferences such as Meet Magento, IPC, User groups and Unconferences. He has also had articles published in t3n and PHPMagazin.
Jordan is the Director of Global Strategic Partnerships and European Enterprise Sales at ChannelAdvisor, a leading provider of cloud-based e-commerce solutions. Since joining ChannelAdvisor in 2007, Jordan has been responsible for managing ChannelAdvisor’s business development team – working with channel partners and retailers to help them expand their global e-commerce initiatives.
Alex is a multi-award-winning Creative Director and a founding director of Session Digital, and he has fifteen years digital experience, working with the world’s largest and most exciting clients. Fluent in the practical aspects of Magento design and development, Alex oversees the creative output for Session Digital, across a wide range of mediums. Alex graduated from the University for the Creative Arts in 1999, with first-class honours in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, and Web Design.
Matt joined Optimizely as the first non-technical hire in June of 2011. After building out the initial sales team in the United States, Matt is now in charge of Optimizely’s business in Europe.
Before Optimizely Matt ran his own mattress recycling company where he partnered with the local jail to employ inmates, local garbage hauling companies to fulfill the pick-ups and learned first hand what companies go through when trying to convert traffic on their websites. Prior to running his own business, Matt brokered websites, traffic portfolios and domain names.
Henri Huch has been with eBay for more than 7 years, working both on the Buying as well as on the Selling side of the Marketplaces business, both in Germany and the UK. In his current role he is managing programmes to help users of shopping cart solutions (like Magento) start selling on eBay.
