Craig is President of eBay Enterprise. He joined the company in July 2014, bringing more than 30 years of enterprise technology leadership experience. Most recently, he served as Worldwide General Manager of IBM’s Industry Cloud Solutions, where he led acquisitions of more than a dozen companies, greatly expanding the company’s commerce business. Prior to this role, he was General Manager for IBM’s WebSphere business where he drove increases in customer satisfaction, revenue, profit and market share gains. Throughout his career, Craig has built strong, high-performing teams and worked with professionals across Human Resources, Marketing, Procurement, Supply Chain, eCommerce and Government Services to help increase the engagement of employees, consumers, partners and citizens.

Mark is Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of eBay Enterprise. Most recently, Mark was Vice CMO, Executive Officer for Global Marketing and Communications at Rakuten Inc. Before that, he ran global marketing, product management and public relations as CMO of Rakuten LinkShare. Mark brings over 25 years of experience in marketing, eCommerce and product management with technology and media companies. This includes global brands such as Scholastic, Walt Disney Co., Learningsmith, MTV/Viacom and NEC.
Head of Worldwide Sales, Magento
Ben is Head of Worldwide Sales at Magento where he leads Magento’s go-to-market strategy in scaling out new customer acquisition and adoption. He also is responsible for driving customer success and satisfaction globally.
Ben brings over a decade of experience leading and managing strategy, business development, channels and sales organizations with established enterprise software companies and startups. Immediately prior to Magento, Ben worked at Novell Inc. in its open-source business unit in various channels and sales leadership roles. Ben holds Master’s degrees in business strategy and technology from Columbia University, the University of California at Berkeley and the University of Utah.

Paul is Head of Product Management for Magento. He has been working at eBay Inc. since 2011 and joined Magento in 2012. Prior to joining eBay Inc., Paul led Product Management for Yahoo! Small Business inclusive of the eCommerce, hosting, business mail and domains businesses serving over 1 million small businesses.

Prior to this he ran his own management consultancy business for six years, specializing in startups within large corporates. Gordon has previously worked at RSA Insurance as Strategy and Marketing Director and was the UK Managing Director of Ebookers.com and Travelbag. In the nineties Gordon started up buy.com and in 2001 sold the European business to John Lewis. He went on to create johnlewis.com that now turns over more than £1B. He lives in Tunbridge Wells and spends as much time as he can in Ibiza.
Vanderlei (Vandy) Santos
Assistant Vice President & Global Digital Transformation Lead, Nestle
Vandy has more than 20 year of innovation experience, driving many one-of-a-kind digital transformation programs across a wide range of industries from consumer products to banking. At Nestle, he is responsible for the Digital Transformation Solutions team, which includes the global direct to consumer eCommerce platforms, mobility and digital innovation programs, and the fast worldwide rollout of Magento eCommerce sites. Ray is a Magento evangalist since day one. After using Magento 0.9.8, it was love at first sight. Since the beginning. he focused on Magento education and has trained over 1000 people world-wide. Richard is the Head of Digital Strategy for Hornby Hobbies Ltd which includes the iconic brands Hornby, Scalextric, Airfix, Corgi and Humbrol amongst many others. Sophie has been part of the Magento team since 2012. She started with Magento in Culver City, California, as an Account Manager for the UK, France, and Switzerland. In 2013, Sophie moved to London to take on her current role as Strategic Account Manager for Europe helping drive success for key merchants on the Magento Platform. Prior to Magento, Sophie managed and executed the strategy, implementation, and delivery of traditional and digital marketing campaigns for large brand accounts at various Los Angeles advertising agencies.
eCommerce Manager, Royal National Institute of Blind People
Evan has been working in charity eCommerce for 10 years. In the US he worked for Event Network, a company that outsourced gift shops for zoo’s, aquariums, and history museums. Evan built and managed eCommerce shops for EN partners. In the UK he joined the British Heart Foundation where he was the eCommerce manager for the end-to-end online business. Currently he is with the Royal National Institute of Blind people managing the eCommerce business. He just launched an accessible Magento solution to manage the online shop, helpline order entry, a trade shop and Epos.

Leo is the UX Designer responsible for user experience research, user testing and user-centered design for Magento and eBay Enterprise web properties. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Cognitive Science from the University of California, San Diego and a Master’s degree in Human Centered Design and Engineering from the University of Washington.
Deryck is a Magento Certified Solution Specialist (MCSS), trainer and joint owner of MageTraining. Simon joined The Consortium as Head of eCommerce in July 2014. The Consortium is a leading B2B supplier within the Education and Care markets in the UK, selling 40,000 products to 30,000 customers. The Consortium is part of Connect Group PLC, a B2B specialist distributor listed on the London Stock Exchange with £1.8bn annualized revenue.
Prior to joining the eCommerce team, Simon worked in the Corporate Development team at Connect Group. He led the commercial strategy to support the acquisition of The Consortium in 2012. His background is in strategy consulting where he worked with a wide range of B2B clients, including Connect Group. He helped develop the diversification strategy for Connect Group before joining the business in 2011. Simon has a B.A. in Business and Technology from Trinity College, Dublin.

She also holds a Master’s degree in information studies from the University of Texas at Austin.

Sandy held the first Fashion Digital™ event in 2012 to build high-end thought leadership around eCommerce strategies and technology solutions for the fashion retail industry. It is currently held in LA, NYC, and now London annually and has attracts up to 800 attendees and 100 speakers at a time.

Passionate about online marketing, strategic thinker Marius is translating vision and strategy into concrete actionable plans, tactics and reachable sales targets for Studio Moderna. As the Online Sales Manager, he is growing the online channels both individually as well as part of greater, integrated multi-channel campaigns. Marius is objective-driven, with a clear vision for success, and is responsible for aligning Studio Moderna’s e-business objectives with the overall company strategy.
Adrian started his automotive retailing career at Ernest & Young. During his time in senior financial and commercial roles within automotive retailing, Adrian became frustrated that the innovations that he saw happening elsewhere were not being adopted within the industry and he joined Simon Dixon in 2012 to change the way that people buy a new car and from here Rockar , the world’s first digital car retailer, was born.
Rockar operates from a single customer facing platform powered by Magento and has a store in Bluewater Shopping in Kent. Rockar opened the doors on its Retail Week award winning digital store on 7 November and in the first six months the store has had over 100,000 visitors. Independent customer surveys (and sales) are emphasizing that Rockar’s fresh approach takes the traditional car retailing approach to the next stage in its evolution.

Prior to joining eBay, Ted’s career emphasized payments and payment processing with companies large and small.

Riccio is the Digital Platforms Developer at Bibendum PLB Group, a leading British wine & spirits wholesale distributor founded 1982. Having an online presence is now a key strategy going forward for Bibendum and Riccio is responsible for delivery of the Magento Enterprise Edition platform, amongst others, for the single largest wine group in the UK. Riccio has more than 10 years of experience in the web development industry including running an online shop in the early years of eCommerce and has been working with the Magento platform since 2011.

Ben is a research manager for the User Research team at eBay Enterprise with a focus on eCommerce and multi-channel shopping experiences. He has helped clients refine and innovate their websites, apps, emails and other customer touch points. Having worked for the group since 2000, he joined the business as IT Director, moving to head up its eCommerce strategy in 2009. Mike is currently a key member of the RSPCA’s commercial team and lead in online and direct retailing. The Society has comprehensively relaunched its business in the past 2 years with development of a new Magento ecommerce site, over 1500 new products and opening up of B2B and B2C sales channels. Although well-known and recognized in 95%+ of British households, the RSPCA is a relative newcomer to eCommerce and up to 2013 most of its activity was via third party managed services. Arndt is focused on product and technology with a focus on payments for eBay Enterprise’s Strategic Partnerships team. Arndt joined from Ancestry.com, where he ran two product teams focused on growth through product improvements. He worked in several areas, including payment gateway integrations, design changes and optimizing partner profitability. Prior to Ancestry.com, Arndt worked in consulting, internet startups and investment banking. He holds an MBA from ESCP in Paris and a BSC in Information Systems from Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster in Germany.

Anna is a Senior Magento Developer working at LimeSoda Interactive Marketing GmbH in Vienna, Austria. She has been working with Magento since 2011.
